Maître Thibault CHEVRIER
Attorney-at-law (Avocat à la Cour) – Partner
Thibault Chevrier holds a master’s degree from the University of Nancy, France with a specialisation in Public Contracts Law and he was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2010.
Previously, he was a partner in several law firms, including Thewes & Reuter, a Luxembourg law firm renowned for complex multidisciplinary litigation (Thibault worked there for over 8 years). These experiences have enabled him to always take a practical approach in order to establish the appropriate strategy for each issue.
Thibault deals with cases with commitment and efficiency in various fields of law, in particular in civil law, company law, real estate law and lease and tenancy law.
Experienced in dealing with public law issues, particularly in the context of real estate transactions, he also has recognised expertise in public procurement law (public contracts, public service concessions, PPP, etc.), a field in which he regularly gives trainings and assists and supports companies and public purchasers in their procedures.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Thibault is a member of the Administrative Law Commission and the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Commission of the Luxembourg Bar Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Environmental Law of Luxembourg and a member of the board of examiners for the organisation of the judicial internship (public law exam).
He speaks French and English, understands German and has some knowledge of Luxembourgish.
Maître Cynthia FAVARI

Cynthia Favari holds a master’s degree with a specialisation in litigation from the University of Nancy, France and she was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2009.
Having practised for over ten years at Wagener & Erpelding, Cynthia specialises in civil and commercial litigation, labour law, social security law and family law.
She advises both companies and individuals in civil and commercial proceedings, including in termination of employment and other labour law questions, debt recovery, contract law and tenancy law.
Ensuring synergy with the daily challenges of many companies, Cynthia is also the President of the Members’ Council of the LuxLinks business network, which brings together more than 30 companies wishing to develop their activities and find new opportunities.
Cynthia has recognised expertise in family law, and she deals with divorce, separation of assets, inheritance, guardianship and visiting rights – she is a certified children’s lawyer – as well as alimony cases.
Her experience allows her to represent you in social and administrative courts for example in matters of applications for pensions, disability, grants and parental leave.
She speaks French and English, and has some knowledge of Luxembourgish.
