Public Procurement Cycle – Amendments to Public Procurement Contracts

As part of the resumption of the series of lectures on public procurement law organised by the IFE training institute, Thibault Chevrier will be speaking on the third morning, which will be devoted to riders and amendments to public contracts.

Thibault will analyse the possibilities for adapting or correcting specifications during the course of the procedure, in order to gain a better understanding of the applicable principles and procedural aspects for dealing with last-minute changes in particular.
